Work where students learn.
We hire BCBAs, RBTs, and behavior technicians who want to do clinically rigorous work inside the school day — not in a clinic that students have to translate from.

Why Cornerstone
We place dedicated behavioral specialists directly inside Monmouth County classrooms. That means our team works alongside teachers, sees real progress in real environments, and reports to a supervising BCBA every week.
If you're tired of clinic-based ABA and you'd rather see a student thrive in their actual school, you're our person.
Who we hire
Role
BCBA
Clinical lead with a passion for school-based work, comfortable supervising RBTs, and skilled at translating data into a plan teachers can actually use.
Role
RBT
Patient, observant, and unflappable in a busy classroom. You'll work 1:1 with a student, take data continuously, and integrate with the teacher's existing routine.
Role
Behavior Technician
Pre-RBT or in-progress credential — willing to learn fast on the job under BCBA supervision. We support certification.
Open roles
Send a résumé even if you don't see the exact fit — we're always interested in great people.
No specific openings posted right now. Send a résumé to careers@cornerstoneaba.org and we'll be in touch.
What you get
01
Real classrooms, not a clinic
Every shift is in a partner school, working alongside a real teacher with a real student. The work travels with the child.
02
Weekly BCBA supervision
Every RBT has a named supervising BCBA. You're never on your own with a clinical question.
03
Growth path
Behavior tech → RBT → BCBA. We pay for credential study materials and exam fees for the right fit.
04
Mission
Every kid we serve was about to be told to leave the school they love. That's the bar we set for ourselves.

FAQ
-
Is there really no cost to my school?
Correct. We bill insurance directly for in-school RBT support and BCBA supervision. Your school pays nothing — no fees, no retainers, and nothing passed on through tuition.
-
What insurance plans do you accept?
We're in-network with Aetna, Cigna, and Horizon BCBSNJ. If your plan isn't on that list, send it over before your first call and we'll verify benefits within one business day.
-
How long does the assessment take?
After the introductory call, the clinical assessment and insurance authorization typically take two to four weeks. We handle every step — your school doesn't carry any administrative load.
-
What's the difference between a BCBA and an RBT?
A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is a master's-level clinician who designs the treatment plan and supervises sessions. A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is the clinician working 1:1 with your student in the classroom, implementing the plan and taking data.
-
Do you serve outside Monmouth County?
We focus on Monmouth County, NJ so our team can be reliably present in your school each day. If you're nearby and unsure, reach out — we'll let you know honestly whether we can serve you well.
-
Can my child stay in their current school?
Yes. That's the whole point. Our specialists come to your child's classroom so the student doesn't have to leave the school they love or the community they're part of.
