Unparalleled Support. Wherever They Learn.

Cornerstone ABA places dedicated behavioral specialists in the settings they’re needed most - bridging the gap between clinical care, schools, and caregivers.

about us

Clinical Excellence - Wherever They Grow

Progress shouldn’t be limited to a single setting. Cornerstone ABA was built on the belief that lasting growth requires consistency across every environment where a child learns; that means school, home, and the clinical team need to be working from the same playbook.

Our integrated approach brings those pieces together: a dedicated RBT providing 1:1 support, parent training that bridges the gap to home, and active collaboration with speech, OT, and other related service providers. Each component reinforces the others, ensuring progress continues wherever the child learns.

FAQ

  • Is there really no cost to my school?

Correct. We bill insurance directly for in-school RBT support and BCBA supervision. Your school pays nothing — no fees, no retainers, and nothing passed on through tuition.

  • What insurance plans do you accept?

We're in-network with Aetna, Cigna, and Horizon BCBSNJ. If your plan isn't on that list, send it over before your first call and we'll verify benefits within one business day.

  • How long does the assessment take?

After the introductory call, the clinical assessment and insurance authorization typically take ___ to ___ weeks. For the full path from first call to in-school support (typically 30 to 45 days), see how partnership works for schools. We handle every step — your school doesn't carry any administrative load.

  • What's the difference between a BCBA and an RBT?

A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is a master's-level clinician who designs the treatment plan and supervises sessions. A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is the clinician working 1:1 with your student in the classroom, implementing the plan and taking data. See what ABA is for more context in plain English.

  • Do you serve outside Monmouth County?

We focus on Monmouth County, NJ so our team can be reliably present in your school each day. If you're nearby and unsure, reach out — we'll let you know honestly whether we can serve you well.

  • Can my child stay in their current school?

Yes. That's the whole point. Our specialists come to your child's classroom so your student can stay in their current school while getting support — without leaving the community they're part of.

  • Do you offer clinic-based services?

Yes. In-school support remains our primary model, but our clinic at 92 Kentucky Ave in North Middletown gives families a dedicated setting when that serves a child best. Learn how we support families.
