Exceptional Students. Unparalleled Support.
Cornerstone ABA places dedicated behavioral specialists directly in classrooms — bridging the gap between clinical care and the school day, at no cost to the school.
about usClinical Excellence without leaving school.
Real progress doesn't happen in a single setting. Cornerstone ABA was built on the belief that lasting growth requires consistency across every environment where a child learns — and that means school, home, and the care team need to be working from the same playbook.
Our integrated approach brings those pieces together: a dedicated RBT providing 1:1 support in the classroom, parent and caregiver training that carries the same strategies home, and active collaboration with speech, OT, and other related service providers. Each component reinforces the others — so gains made during the school day don't stay at school.

FAQ
-
Is there really no cost to my school?
Correct. We bill insurance directly for in-school RBT support and BCBA supervision. Your school pays nothing — no fees, no retainers, and nothing passed on through tuition.
-
What insurance plans do you accept?
We're in-network with Aetna, Cigna, and Horizon BCBSNJ. If your plan isn't on that list, send it over before your first call and we'll verify benefits within one business day.
-
How long does the assessment take?
After the introductory call, the clinical assessment and insurance authorization typically take two to four weeks. We handle every step — your school doesn't carry any administrative load.
-
What's the difference between a BCBA and an RBT?
A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is a master's-level clinician who designs the treatment plan and supervises sessions. A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is the clinician working 1:1 with your student in the classroom, implementing the plan and taking data.
-
Do you serve outside Monmouth County?
We focus on Monmouth County, NJ so our team can be reliably present in your school each day. If you're nearby and unsure, reach out — we'll let you know honestly whether we can serve you well.
-
Can my child stay in their current school?
Yes. That's the whole point. Our specialists come to your child's classroom so the student doesn't have to leave the school they love or the community they're part of.
